Saying goodbye to survivors and transitioning from active engagement to re-entry to the workplace and home environment\, including self-care. \nHEART TRACK:  Honoring survivors by providing choices and options in the response phase is essential in supporting self-esteem needs. Transitioning survivors to the post-crisis phase\, includes honoring their preferences for funeral services\, memorials and all repatriation issues. Assisting survivors in returning home and arranging for long-term care when needs are extended due to injuries or other reasons are essential to confirming self-esteem. Self-esteem needs for team members includes self-care and company support. \nIt is not necessary to pay for the courses until you sign up for the Certificate\, should you choose to.
