As 2024 draws to a close, the FAERF leadership team wishes to express our sincerest gratitude to all of our members and followers. We completed many goals dedicated to raising compassion consciousness in the workplace and improving how businesses respond to traumatic loss in the workplace. We would not have been able to reach these goals without the support of many people, including a group of amazing survivors, our individual and corporate members, the FAERF Advisory Board, Board of Directors, and everyone that joins with us in our efforts.
Since the purpose of this article is to express our gratitude to all who helped us reach our goals, we wanted to take a moment and share some of our joint accomplishments. We released the five modules for the Practitioner level of the I-HARP™ Certificate. A total of 202 viewed the videos in our Webinar Series, and 197 viewed the videos in follow-up webinars and meetings.
We continue to receive new enrollments daily for completing the Certificate. In addition to the Certificate Program, we conducted three successful Member-Partner Meetings which many of you helped sponsor, thereby making it possible for networking among team members and learning from survivors on a first-hand basis.

Also, In the coming year, plans are being made for funding research which supports the structuring of best practices and policies presented in the International-Humanitarian Assistance Response Program™. We encourage anyone who is enrolled in a graduate program to contact us about receiving support for your academic research.
